You can never have too many DI boxes. Every unbalanced jack plug signal, from instruments for instance, is converted into a balanced XLR output, so that it can be neatly transferred to your mixer. Thanks to the balanced signal that is created, the chances of disturbances occurring are much reduced. The input volume can be switched between 0, -20 and -40dB so that you can make a balanced signal for every device. The DI box is equipped with a ground lift that prevents ground looping.
