- Super-2 Series Aquarians Super-2 Series drum heads are constructed from two plies of film one of 7mil and another of 5mil. These heads feature Aquarians patented Safe-T-Lock hoops which eliminate the inconvenience of the head slipping. The heads also feature a Sound Curve collar design which enhances the tuning capabilities of the head providing a more responsive tuning experience from as little as a single turn of a drum key. The heads are available in both clear and coated variants with the clear versions offering a very open sound with enhanced bottom end and depth and the coated versions offering a mellow warm sound. Ideal for a wide range of drumming styles and genres and for use with sticks or brushes the Aquarian Super-2 Series drum heads combine great tone and durability with a head that is extremely easy to tune. Aquarians heads feature their Safe-T-Loc system which locks the drum head into specially contoured aluminium extrusion hoops secured with epoxy.
