- condenser microphone and possesses high sensitivity. It can be used on stage and, due to its hemi-cardioid pick-up pattern, is very suitable for recording sound sources that are within a relatively narrow area. Because of its special shape, the flat underside, it is easy to place, no tripod is needed. Besides on stages, the microphone can be used for recording stage, conferences and acoustic instruments. The Audix ADX60 requires 9 - 52 Volt phantom power and has a robust design with a die-cast zinc housing, steel grill and a 12 mm thick capsule. The microphone is equipped with a phantom power adapter and a 63.5 cm cable.
