- Quality construction Developed from the 19037 the Bach Stradivarius 190M37X Trumpet is exceptional. It has a new Medium Plus two-piece valve chassis and lightweight nickel inner slides brass outer slides and brass valve guides all of which make for a precise and responsive trumpet. Notably the bore size of the trumpet offers the best of both worlds so you can enjoy the capabilities of a medium bore with the depth of a medium-large bore. This style of construction is reminiscent of the original Mount Vernon trumpets produced in the late 60s as most in the intervening years have a one-piece design. The two-piece fabrication is two-thirds brass and one-third nickel-silver: a mix of materials that provide you with a quick response better feedback from the instrument and an overall larger core sound.The #37X bell found on the 190M37X is hand-hammered and one-piece producing a warm sound with great projection. A #25 leadpipe is industry-standard offering the perfect level of resistance throughout the range of the trumpet. This resistance is essential for good tuning and note centring. There is also a newly designed valve cluster making your instrument more responsive and vibrant.Handmade by craftsmen All Bach Stradivarius trumpets are handmade in America by highly skilled craftspeople and artisans. The 190M37X is constructed from high-quality lightweight yellow brass which is the most popular material for trumpets. This is because yellow brass produces a versatile tone that can be utilised in a variety of different musical genres. Once the 190M37X has been constructed it is finished in a bright clear lacquer to protect its finish. The Stradivarius series All Stradivarius trumpets are exceptional symphonic instruments. Originally designed and manufactured by Vincent Bach in the early 1920s Bach trumpets are still made to the same rigorous high standards. By only using the best quality materials and combining them with proprietary manufacturing methods the name Vincent Bach soon became synonymous with superior instruments. The name "Stradivarius" originates from the first trumpets made by Vincent Bach himself. Musicians would refer to his original trumpets as having a "Stradivarius" referring to the world-famous string instruments.
