- Elegant Design The BAM La Defense Adjustable Hightech French horn Case is a sturdy case that offers the best protection. The Hightech case features a brushed aluminium effect on both shells which provide a luxurious feel and aesthetic to the case. Around the rear of the Hightech case there is a back cushion that provides extra comfort when transporting your instrument between events. The cushion also has an accessory pocket which are perfect for holding sheet music. Much like other premium cases from BAM the La Defense case uses a triple-ply layering technique for the main body of the case. This process involves layering ABS Airex foam and then another type of ABS to make a rigid yet lightweight body. Unlike other cases from BAM the La Defense adjustable case features a removable velcro foam wedge so you can customise the inside of the case to fit your horn perfectly. The inside of the BAM La Defense Hightech case features two dedicated spaces for mouthpieces and one large compartment for a mute. The areas around the leadpipe and bell thread feature extra protection against humidity and shock. The inside of the case also features a removable accessory pocket which is ideal to have near during rehearsals. The Hightech case is moulded using an Alexander 103 french horn and is available in a range of different colours.
