This refined two-channel preamp combines a modern circuit with a classic Cinemag transformer output, so your microphone is treated to tight transients and a flat frequency response rounded off by a nice dose of saturation courtesy of the transformer. Both channels come equipped with a polarity switch
- a PAD for working with louder sound sources
- 48V phantom power
- and a generous fistful of functions that you just don&apos
- t get with your average audio interface. And, since the Auteur MK3 comes neatly packed up inside a half 19 inch box, you can easily install two into one slot of your rack using the included set of rack ears.
