Product Fundamentals
  • The Black Lion Audio PBR XSplit8 is an 8-channel microphone splitter that allows you to send one microphone signal to two different systems in a safe and isolated way. The XLR inputs at the front split the signal passively to direct XLR outputs as well as to special transformer-isolated (ISO) outputs at the rear. Ideal for situations where you want to amplify/mix XLR signals and drive in-ear monitoring. Phantom power runs neatly back through the direct outputs, while the ISO outputs are fully isolated and do not pass phantom power. So you protect gear further down the signal chain from unintentionally high mains voltages. The high-quality Black Lion Audio transformers and gold-plated XLR connectors, combined with ground-lift switches per channel, ensure that your signal remains cleanly free of hum or ground loops. In short: with the Black Lion Audio PBR XSplit8, you get a high-quality 19-inch XLR splitter that ensures overview and clean signals.
