Clean tones stay clear and balanced while higher-gain voices provide the saturation needed for heavier genres. The newly developed Pushed type adds a responsive edge that reacts dynamically to your picking. Each amp type also includes a selectable variation letting you access alternative voicings without switching amps. Combined with the three-way Contour control you can quickly shape the overall tonal character to suit different guitars venues or musical styles. Onboard effects with deep editing options Five independent effects sections allow you to build complete tones directly within the amp. Booster Mod FX Delay and Reverb can all run together reducing the need for a large pedalboard. Through the updated BOSS Tone Studio app you can customise these effects with more than 60 premium BOSS types and access deeper parameters for precise adjustment. You can also change the effect order shape the overall sound using multiple EQs and manage presets through organised Livesets. Eight onboard memories store your preferred setups for quick recall during rehearsals or performances. Flexible connectivity for modern rigs This amp head integrates easily with a wide range of setups. A Power Amp In allows you to connect external preamps modellers or multi-effects units directly to the power stage. There&rsquo

For recording or silent practice the stereo headphones output and USB connection provide cabinet-simulated sound using IR-based technology.
