- Pre-packed with an audio interface and two small-diaphragm condenser microphones that can serve as overheads or be set up to capture the full stereo image of a choir, an ensemble or even an orchestra, the Devine SM-500 stereo studio bundle has thought of everything. The included cardioid capsules are extremely versatile, have a naturally open sound and a focussed registration that effectively blocks any unwanted ambient sound from reaching the recording. If you need even more control, simply swap them out for the included set of supercardioid capsules and, to gain big and spacious recordings, simply install the included omnidirectional microphones. To set up, simply connect the two SM-500 microphones up to the Devine Centro 2i2o audio interface using the included pair of extra-long XLR cables and mount the microphones on the included stands using the included shockmounts.
