- With the DiMarzio DP220 D Activator Bridge pickup, you get a passive pickup that features similar qualities of an active element, but with as few of the drawbacks as possible. The D Activator pickup does not have a tremendously loud output like many active pickups do, but instead focuses on the strongest possible attack, making it feel very powerful. This pickup also has a very wide dynamic range, and responds quickly and accurately to volume differences in playing. The D Activator Bridge is designed with the Neck model in mind, making them work very well together.
