- DW Drums Design Series shells come straight out of the DW California Custom Shop. Made from North American maple, this adaptable four-piece shell set has been designed for the genre-hopping drummer. The shell walls have an 8-ply
- HVLT construction, where the direction of the wood grain of each ply has been carefully matched to ensure optimum resonance, optimum strength and optimum sound. This particular set includes a 10 inch by 8 inch and 12 inch by 9 inch tom, a 16 inch by 14 inch floor tom and a 22 inch by 18 inch kick. The DW Drums 4-Piece Maple Shell Pack: Hardware Besides an impeccable Steel Gray finish, the shells boast chrome-plated hardware, including triple flanged hoops
- True-Pitch tension rods and DW Mini-Turret lugs - all to ensure consistent drumhead tension and tight sound. The toms, meanwhile, feature the STM tom mount system, allowing them to resonate as freely as possible.
