PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
- Specially developed for jazz and funk drummers, the professional DW Design Series Frequent Flyer shell set keeps the build tour-sized and lightweight while bringing big sound. Each shell has been made from 100% North American 8-ply maple walls, formed using ultra-precise HVLT-grain technology to guarantee warm and powerful sound framed by refined and focussed resonance. The set includes an 8 inch by 12 inch hanging tom, an 11 inch by 14 inch floor tom and a 12 inch by 20 inch kick drum. As a tight bonus, DW has also thrown a 14 inch by 5 inch snare on top, completing the core of a reliable, hard-working and adaptable kit. Each shell has also been finished with lightweight Mini-Turret lugs and triple-flanged hoops, while a set of Suspension Tom Mounts reduce tension on the shells of the hanging toms
- the snare comes pre-fitted with a MAG Throw-Off snare strainer
- and the kick comes kitted out with a two-piece DSCPBDP2W damper set.
