Triple flanged hoops increase stick longevity The Performance series kit comes complete with triple-flanged hoops constructed from sturdy steel the high tom features a 1.6mm hoop whilst the Mid and floor tom features a 2.3mm hoop. These hoops aid you to get the most sound out of your kit increasing the longevity of your sticks. These types of hoops allow the edges to vibrate freely producing overtones from the drum shell enhancing drum tones and sustain.
