Product Description
- Master Oscillator The Data Corrupter provides all the necessary parameters to fully effect your natural sound. Its front panel can be somewhat overwhelming but once you become accustomed to it it&rsquo
- ll become second nature to you. The Master Oscillator is the heart of the pedal feeding information to every other part of the pedal either feeding it in unison an octave down or two octaves down a root switch allows you to fine tune the tracking response. The master oscillator also works in partnership with the voice mixers oscillator control allows you to blend the master oscillator tone with the rest of the pedals sound. Modulation sounds This pedal accelerates the crash of sounds with blissful and whirling modulation for unique soundscapes. The frequency modulator dial applies pitch-bend modulation to the master oscillator with two separate different modes. The glide mode delivers portamento as each note blissfully blends into one another for a full sea of sounds. When the dial is in vibrato mode the pitch rapidly alternates moving up and down in rapid motion for a laser-like sound. The subharmonic dial places the input signal into one of eight lower octave programs between one and three octaves below the original. If placed in unison the subharmonic removes the frequency modulator from the subharmonic signal path. A subharmonic root switch can be placed into oscillator mode for even more abstract programs of hazy sound. Finally a square control allows you to blend in a fuzzed-out square wave into the sound&rsquo
- s original octave. Top-quality construction EarthQuaker constructs each pedal by hand in the United States meticulously building each aspect with the utmost accuracy and precision so you can be assured of their ability to emit a delightful and desirable sound. This also lends itself to the durability of each pedal knowing each one is built by experts who excel in their craft. EarthQuaker supply pedals to a multitude of artists ranging from The Strokes to Snail Mail to Tame Impala. You can be sure the Acapulco will give you lasting quality and supreme sound.
