- The Electro-Voice EKX-18SP is an 18-inch subwoofer, equipped with DSP technology and a special Cardioid Control System for better on-stage performance. The included cover prevents transport damage, dust, moisture, dirt and similar hazards. This cover consists of water-repellent nylon, lined with foam rubber for professional protection. Thanks to cut-outs in the protective cover, you can lift the EKX-18SP with cover and all by the handles to facilitate the transport process. Furthermore, the EKX-18SP active sub features an efficient class-D amplifier and is capable of creating high sound pressure with an impressive amount of low end.
