- s Heavy Relic finish treatment designed to recreate the appearance of an instrument that has been played extensively over many years. The Faded Aged Sonic Blue lacquer shows pronounced wear finish checking and aged hardware across the body. This level of ageing produces a worn-in feel making the guitar feel like a real vintage instrument from the first moment you pick it up. The relic treatment highlights the body contours while creating the impression of a Strat that has seen consistent use across decades. Classic alder Strat body The two-piece body is constructed from alder a tonewood widely used on Fender instruments during the early 1960s. Alder is known for its balanced tonal response producing clear lows focused mids and articulate highs. This tonal balance complements the Stratocaster&rsquo

The guitar follows the traditional early-60s Strat body design preserving the familiar contours that make the instrument comfortable to play whether standing or seated. Early 60s neck construction The neck is carved from quarter-sawn maple and shaped to a 63 Strat Style C profile measuring approximately .830 inches at the first fret and 1.000 inches at the twelfth. The fingerboard uses a round-laminated AAA rosewood construction measuring approximately 9 mm thick. A 9.5-inch radius paired with narrow tall 6105 fret wire supports smooth bending and accurate fretting. Micarta white dot inlays reinforce the early-60s aesthetic while the overall design balances traditional feel with comfortable modern playability. The middle pickup is reverse wound and reverse polarity allowing hum-cancelling operation in positions two and four of the five-way selector switch. These pickups deliver the clear and dynamic Stratocaster voice associated with early-60s instruments producing bright highs balanced mids and defined lows. Combined with Strat Vintage Modified Wiring #2 that includes a tone saver circuit to maintain your tone when you back off the volume the electronics provide a wide range of classic Strat tones suitable for many playing styles.
