- s Engager Boost is a clean boost effects pedal with a 3-band equalizer and a selectable bypass. The bass and treble potentiometers have fixed frequencies, but the mid potentiometer also has an additional frequency switch that lets you choose between two different mid frequencies as well. You can also choose between true or buffered bypass when the effect is not activated. The Fender Engager Boost will add volume to your signal and fatten up your tone to help you cut through any mix.
