- The Powerjack is a feat from Fishman. This preamp is extremely small, but nevertheless capable of pumping up even the weaker signals from passive elements to acceptable levels. The Powerjack can be inserted at the bottom of the body as an endpin jack. The FET preamp is powered by a 9-volt battery, to be fitted separately in the body, which offers an average operating time of no less than 2,000 hours. The Fishman Powerjack is a very affordable signal boost for your acoustic guitar.
