Unlike many other simplified or thumbplate alternatives this full system includes open hole keys and trill keys to make playing easier and tuning more secure. Additionally the Rosedale Oboe includes a third octave key which allows the instrument to sing in the highest registers. Professional Design The Rosedale Oboe features a stunning ebony body which is hard wearing and produces a resonant warm tone. The silver plated keywork is also very hard wearing and less susceptible to tarnishing. Everything You Need Included with the oboe is a set of cleaning and maintenance accessories which comprises of a reed cork grease cleaning cloth and a miniature screwdriver. The hard case with handle provides a great place for storage and transporting with its plush lined moulded interior.
