Traditional ebony frog There is no substitute for the firm dense feeling of an ebony hardwood frog. The naturally smooth luscious finish makes for a sublime playing experience and the high oil content of the wood means it doesnt require varnishing. The frog is finished with a beautiful mother-of-pearl slide and the bow is stamped with Atelier Jaeger subtle yet graceful features to demonstrate the high calibre of this bow.
