- This is the Gotoh SG-301 MG-T (delivered per 6 pieces) tuning mechanism set. These are 6 locking tuners, intended especially for electric and semi-acoustic guitars by Epiphone and Gretsch with 90-degree screw mounting and 3x3 configuration. Because of this fastening and because of the 10-millimetre standard hole left behind, these locking tuners on these guitars do not require you to drill new holes or enlarge the existing ones. You easily remove the old tuners and easily replace them with these new, solid upgrades without any modification. You pull the new string through the mechanism, screw it on with the thumbwheel screw on the back, slightly stretch the guitar string and bring it up to tuning quickly, simply and stably. This applies to all 6 tuners and guitar strings.
