- The Heritage Audio Britstrip makes the iconic sound of Neve mixing consoles accessible to all. The preamp and equaliser are based on the Neve 1073 design. The compressor is based on the Neve 2254 and 33609 diode bridge compressors. In addition, they did take the liberty at Heritage audio to modernise a bit here and there. The compressor has a much larger attack range than the original diode bridge designs and you have 6 sidechain curves at your disposal to adjust the compressor&apos
- s response to the instrument. So for that Neve sound, you no longer need to take out a mortgage. With the Britstrip, Heritage audio has managed to capture the essence of this classic British sound in a 1U 19-inch unit.
