- t able to achieve. The particular vibe created by the Successor is also partly supported by Carnhill transformers and a 1073-style Class-A make-up gain. Both ensure subtle (or much less subtle) harmonic distortion
- the very thing that digital recordings are often lacking. This rack unit offers a considerable attack and release range where the fastest settings evoke the old all-buttons-in setting of FET compressors, and do magical things to drums. Slower settings, meanwhile, lay the perfect amount of glue on the master bus to bring the project to a cohesive and satisfying whole.
