The Italian violinist Paganini lost his instrument to gambling and was given a seemingly substandard model by luthier Giuseppe Antonio Guarneri. Paganini loved the instrument so much that he used for the rest of his life keeping it in perfect condition. The violin later became widely recognised for its exceptional playability and comfortable feel. The loud projection and open resonance makes it ideal for soloist players whilst its ability to play fast also assists with scaling the higher frets. This violin is modelled after the famous &lsquo
