Grip-Lock Open Tuners: The Easy Upgrade While the 18:1 gear ratio of these machine heads supports ultra-accurate and smooth tuning, the innovative pin and thumb-wheel system makes it easy to thread and lock strings in place, maximising the tuning stability of your model. When it comes to installation, this full pack includes a set of six threaded bushings, six washers and two universal mounting plates, making these Hipshot-designed machine heads compatible with an array of headstocks, no matter the screw-hole layout.
