- The Intech Studio Knot is a compact MIDI host with MIDI jacks and USB. You can connect a USB/MIDI controller, then Knot converts the data to MIDI jack out, or accepts it from MIDI jack in. Very specifically, of course, Intech actually makes the Knot for their own Grid controllers. Two nice features should not go unmentioned. First of all, the A/B switch.
