- Low End Power Release your raw potential. This bass is loaded with powerful pickups for a wide ranging sound and beautiful low end. The Jackson Medium-Output humbucker in the bridge has a nice level well rounded tone which is perfect for rhythmic bass playing and generating a sharp precise sound. Switch to the neck Medium-Output humbucker and youll have a slightly warmer softer tone which feels mellower but has plenty of vibrance. Unique and inspiring. The three band EQ on this Spectra allows you to further shape your tone so you can find a sound which best suits your tastes. The push/pull function on the volume button also switches between the active/passive voice of the pickups so you can get different sounds with ease from your control panel. As such youll find that this bass has a wealth of tonal options for you to play with and as such can cater to any genre. The Spectacular Spectra Pristine bass playing. Not only does it sound good but the Spectra IV also feels incredibly nice to play. It has a satin-finished one piece maple neck which is often seen on higher end models for ease of movement around the fretboard. The laurel fretboard also offers a great deal of quality helping provide a comfortable smooth surface for your fingers to sail across.
