- Natural Compression The Pulp N Peel V4 is an updated design of now popular Pulp N Peel compression pedal. The natural sounding compression works to minimise any artifacts or muddiness that can be associated with over-compression. Reminiscent of classical vintage compressors this unit delivers all the control and flexibility of high-end compression units in a compact effects pedal. The EQ control knobs let you tweak every nuance of your sound to create and sculpt your desired tone. Versatile Functionality As well as the integrated EQ control knobs there is also control knobs for different parameters such as a the Dirt control. The dirt control works in conjunction with the trim pot allowing you to dial in the amount of overdrive you desire finding that sweet-spot and pushing it to the maximum. One of the most unique controls is the Blend control that lets you mix in the original sound to find the perfect balance between the original signal and the compression. In addition the XLR DI output gives you additionally connectivity possibilities allowing you to connect your instrument to an audio interface and record directly into your DAW or other external devices.
