- The Kala Voyage Collection Courage Mahogany Concert ukulele has a mahogany body and neck, finished with a satin finish that beautifully reveals the natural grain in the wood. This type of wood, together with Aquila Super Nylgut strings, provides a warm sound with a wide midrange and a clear, stable tone with plenty of sustain. A beautiful pattern was etched into the top using lasers. The design is by Maori artist Sam Mangakahia and is one of three designs he made for this Voyage Collection. The included gig bag features a matching drawing and you also get a card with extra explanations.
