- The Kase Sony Alpha Clip-in Filter ND64 (6 stop) delivers 6 stops of exposure reduction, allowing for greater control of aperture and shutter speeds. It helps to produce the required level of depth of field or motion blur even during exposure to bright daylight conditions. Manufactured with B270 optical glass, the filter is encased with a layer of multi-coating to reduce haze. It also acts as a protective shade to the image sensor when shooting in harsh outdoor environments. Many of the popular super-telephoto and wide-angle lenses cannot attach the traditional filter to front filter rings. This clip-in filter resolves the problem by mounting inside the camera's body, directly in front of the image sensor. The clip-in installation is super quick and easy, and so is the removal. Also, the matte black shading fabric diminishes the possibility of stray lens flare.
