- Laowa's 50mm f/2.8 2X is an ultra-macro lens designed for use on Micro Four Thirds camera bodies. This lens offers an incredible 2:1 maximum magnification resulting in larger than life images and video footage. The lens has an advanced and complex lens structure including three extra-low dispersion glass elements which dramatically reduce the appearance of chromatic aberrations as well as increasing overall sharpness, colour accuracy and clarity. The lens also features a maximum f2.8 aperture which combined with the 7-bladed diaphragm allows you to work in lower lighting conditions as well as having enhanced control of depth of field, a vital component for super-macro shooting.
