It is a versatile prime lens that is well-suited to astrophotography - providing a field of view equivalent to 15mm lenses in full-frame sensors. This 7.5mm lens is also great for landscape photography due to its 110° ultra-wide angle of view. The optical design incorporates two aspherical elements and three extra-low dispersion elements to minimise distortion and aberrations - improving the clarity and sharpness of the image. The Frog Eye Coating adds protection to the front element of the lens against dust and moisture damage, whilst the manual focus design allows working with subjects as close as 12cm (4.7""").
