Product Fundamentals
  • If you want to make the sound of your keyboard or synth a bit fuller and warmer , like tube amps, then this preamp / overdrive might be of interest to you. The NTO-1 Nigel was originally intended for guitarists, but proved to work very well with keyboards and synths too. Especially the more complex chords are reproduced very clear and warm. Artist Mark Hershberger designed the steam punk design and the large knobs for Level and Drive. Of course, a true bypass switch is present. The input and output are mono and you have access to a second output, with which the FET preamp is always on. Output 1 in this case is the &apos

  • effect with true bypass. Like most pedals, this one runs on a 9V battery, or on a DC adapter. Both are not included.
