- The Gibbon 10 is a serious active subwoofer from the seemingly less serious Monkey Banana. As good in a professional audio environment as it is in the home-studio, this sub is happiest when coupled with a matching Gibbon nearfield monitor. The 10-inch woofer will only compliment said monitor with a perfectly balanced layer of the lower, driving frequency range. The sub layer starts at 20Hz and ends at around 200Hz, perhaps piquing the interest of any DJs looking to improve their setup. As well as small-ish studio spaces, this all-rounder of a subwoofer will also gladly fill any large living room.
