PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
- Intuitive Design Nuvo designed the DooD with beginners in mind. Many months of research and development have been spent designing the DooD to make it not only light and suitable for children but also a great sounding instrument with a superb tone. Being in the key of C the DooD is a great instrument for instrumental classroom lessons. It makes it much easier to play with other concert pitch instruments such as the flute guitar and most importantly easy to play along with the piano. Thanks to its plastic construction the DooD is easily cleaned and sanitised if more than one student is playing the same instrument. The Nuvo DooD comes supplied with long-lasting Nuvo synthetic reeds in two strengths 1 and 1.5 - perfect for new beginners. These can be interchanged for stronger Nuvo reeds over time or even traditional cane reeds for Eb clarinet or soprano saxophone. The included fingering chart helps you to get started with learning the correct technique and positioning while the zip-up carry case keeps the DooD safe and protected when not in use. Innovative Mouthpiece The mouthpiece and ligature design for the DooD is a simple and effective method in comparison to the traditional method. The new integrated ligature has no screws to adjust which allows for quick repositioning if necessary. Although the DooD includes two synthetic reeds you can also use any soprano saxophone or Eb clarinet reed of your choice. Specifications Weight: 0.13 Kg Tuning: C Ligature: Integrated Thumb rest: Four position adjustable Material: Lightweight polymer instrument with a silicone bell Included accessories: 2x Nuvo synthetic reeds DooD fingering chart and case
