- The second edition of the Old Blood Noise Endeavors Fault has been given a full make-over. V2 has a detailed 3-band EQ section with sliders to accurately shape the tearing overdrive into full-fat solos, sparkling chords or just a nicely thick mid-range response, and since it&apos
- s a Relay bypass effect, two different gain levels can be dialed in, so you can flip between say, your preferred rhythm drive and a sweet lead distortion. The Voice pot gives you direct influence over pre-equalisation, darkening or lightening the dry signal of your bass or guitar before it gets put through the grinder
- and for more gain, just flip the Boost switch
- and for an extra layer of clipping, flip the Crush switch. From a little fluff and fraying around the edges to all-out, extreme, and even bizarre distortion, the Fault covers the entire spectrum.
