- As CD players and other equipment with line outputs are often used, the line connectors of your mixer are usually quickly taken. Turntables are used less often, leaving the the phono connectors unused and available. This Omnitronic converter converts the line signal of your player to a phono signal, allowing you to connect it to one of the phono connectors of your mixer.
