PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
- The Eclipse-TE8 is an acoustic 8-string tenor ukulele from the Ortega Eclipse Series. The fully mahogany and gloss-lacquered body is fitted with an African okoume wood neck and walnut fretboard echoed by walnut binding along the edges of the body. Gold-plated machine heads are accented by red tuning pegs, while the top is finished with a unique Eclipse inlay just below the sound-hole. The bevelled arm-rest-edge along the left edge of the base and the subtle cutaway ensure a high level of playing comfort and the bright sound created by the double-stringed format of this instrument, gives it a mandolin-like sound along with all the fullness and warmth you would expect from a ukulele. The Eclipse-TE8 comes complete with its very own gig bag.
