At the same time, the set-up can be adjusted thanks to the two-way truss rod, while the soft cutaway provides eased access to the highest notes, and the 48mm-wide nut ensures optimum playing comfort. Fittingly, Ortega has polished this Performer Series model off with a built-in preamp system complete with volume and tone controls as well as a tuner and a phase switch for countering feedback.
