To further enhance the clarity of the audio the internal crossover is set at 420 Hz guaranteeing seamless audio reproduction without any gaps in the heart of the musical range. This design choice also reduces comb filtering between the 10-inch bass drivers in the array resulting in a smooth and refined low-mid response. Class-D amplification for high SPL With each 2-inch speaker in the high-frequency driver array equipped with a 1-inch voice coil the CDL12P is driven by a powerful 500W Class D amplifier. The power is shared across the six voice coils effectively reducing power compression. This results in an efficient design that not only delivers a flatter phase response but also ensures less fatiguing listening. The CDL12P provides a refined and balanced sound experience that leaves a lasting impression. Versatile installation options To facilitate versatile installations the CDL12P is accompanied by a range of rigging accessories. The CDL Rigging Grid is an essential component for flown installations providing a secure and reliable mounting solution. For precise tilt control the CDL Rigging Extension Bar is available allowing you to customize the speakers angle according to your needs. When setting up a vertical array with four or more CDL loudspeakers and using the CDL Rigging Extension Bar with a tilt of 12 degrees or greater the CDL Rigging Sling is required for optimal stability and safety.
