We have one of the largest displays of Reverend guitars anywhere on the planet!</p> Reverend Shade Balderose Signature Army Green <p>The Reverend Shade Balderose Signature guitar is based on the original Bayonet model. The body is a well sculpted piece of solid Korina with cutaways, curves and bevels in all the right places. A sleek set neck features Reverend's very comfortable medium oval profile and 24 3/4" scale length. The neck and body are finished in Satin Army Green which not only looks great but has a vert tactile feel to it. The agile 12" radius ebony fretboard is bound and features 22 medium jumbo, perfectly levelled frets. Block pearloid inlays also add a touch of class. The reverse headstock on the Reverend Shade Signature gives more tension to the lower strings making it perfect for aggressive power chords and down tuning. Reverend's locking tuners make tuning stability rock solid and string changes fast and simple. A new 'boneite' nut is ultra low friction like graphite with the great tonal transfer normally associated with bone.</p> Railhammer Chisel Bridge
- Hyper Vintage Neck pickups <p>The Reverend Shade Balderose Signature guitar is loaded with Railhammer humbuckers. These unique pickups feature a rail on the bass strings for a tight and articulate low end. The treble strings are serviced by oversized pole pieces for a thick, fat tone. The Chisel in the bridge position sets a new standard for heavy rock and metal. It's aggressive and thick yet retains superb clarity. The Hyper Vintage in the neck position will not turn to much like some other pickups. It features the qualities of a vintage PAF with a warm open tone that is lightly compressed and still offers chimey highs. The Shade Signature can be easily tamed with the use of Reverend's Bass Contour control. Use the bass contour to completely re-voice the pickups. Rolling back the bass turns these humbuckers in to more of a cutting single coil tone yet without the problem of hum.<br><br>The Reverend Shade Balderose Signature Army Green has really impressed us with its stripped back approach and killer good looks. It also offers more than meets the eye so this new model from Reverend is a must try.</p>
