The 12mm focal length provides an equivalent 18mm focal length in full-frame format, and the lens is equipped with a wide, bright and fast maximum f2 aperture that allows for effective low-light shooting and enhanced control of depth-of-field. The incredible image quality that this lens can produce is thanks to its intricate and complex lens structure that is made up of 12 lens elements arranged into 10 groups. This includes the use of 5 special lenses
