The Quilted Maple top provides a great resonance enhancing the natural tones of the body wood whilst the maples figuring offers a stylish and unique look. The Mahogany body offers naturally warm tones with a touch of bite for creating tights lows and appealing highs. With abalone binding black chrome hardware and a TonePros bridge the Hellraiser is given a black cherry finish to create a stunning guitar that reflects the tones it can produce. Mahogany Neck Rosewood Fingerboard The 3-piece Mahogany neck and Rosewood fingerboard has been designed with a thin "C" shape for a smooth fast play whilst the naturally oily Rosewood fingerboard absorbs stray overtones for a rich sound. The Mahogany/Rosewood combination produces warm mellow tones with complex highs thick creamy lows and an appealing midrange. It also comes with many other features including Schecter locking machine heads and Gothic cross inlays on the fingerboard. EMG Pickups The Hellraiser features two EMG pickups that offer both a humbucker and single coil pickup in one housing providing a variety of tonal possibilities. Located at the bridge is an EMG 81TW pickup offering EMG&rsquo
- s famous 81 humbucker and a single coil pickup that can produce two classic tonal options. Its internal preamp deliver two distinct sounds and also features EMG&rsquo
- s noise cancelling technology to provide a clean sound. The neck pickup is an EMG 89R pickup offering a humbucker based on the EMG 89 but with reversed coils and a single coil pickup. When switched to humbucker the pickup produces a rich warm powerful tone that&rsquo
