- This is the SE 247 Kalimba from Sela. Besides looking particularly stylish with its matt finish, the melodies you play are given a pleasantly rounded character by the natural-looking mahogany wood. The 17 steel tongues, by the way, are in the well-known key of C major and also ensure that you have a slightly longer range to perform them in. The lowest note is a C4, where the highest note in this case is even an E6. By the way, you can keep the tongues in tune with the included tuning hammer, and between playing you store it dust-free in the cloth bag that Sela also offers with this. To let you take it with you safely, this kalimba even comes in a padded carrying case.
