- This is the Seymour Duncan Nazgûl Humbucker Bridge Black (supplied individually). This is a passive aggressive high gain double-coil bridge element, intended above all for electric metal guitars with a fixed bridge. Still, with its hefty ceramic magnet and special windings, you can keep this pickup in excellent control while playing your most brutal chugs ever. Originally designed specifically for solidbody guitars with 7 and 8 strings, this pickup provides saturated tones that are still super tight, even in lower guitar tuning. You notice this especially in the low end, but also the overtones that come to the fore in all registers excellently. However, do you use the Nazgûl without distortion or overdrive?
