Product Fundamentals
- Looking for that sweet fifties humbucker sound? This black SH-1b 59 from Seymour Duncan is a vintage-output humbucker element based on the legendary humbucker of the late 1950s. The construction of the Seymour Duncan &apos
- 59 is fully vintage-correct for authentic tone. This bridge version is intended for in the bridge position of your solidbody electric guitar. A neck version is also available with a slightly lower output. Vintage features of the SH-1b 59 The Seymour Duncan 59 humbucker produces crystal-clear cleans, full and bright distortions and a lilting sustain. This is thanks to its original 1950s specifications: an Alnico 5 magnet, single-enamelled coil wire, long-leg bottom plate and vintage-style single-core braided cable. Compared to the SH-55 Seth Lover, the SH-1 has more scooped mids. In addition, this SH-1b 59 2 Conductor is submerged in wax (wax potted) which counteracts unwanted feedback.
