- t really think it based on all this, this solidbody has surprisingly good pricing. The comfortable contoured guitar body is made of mahogany and is solidly bolted to a hard maple neck with a vintage yellow-tinted lacquer finish and a dark rosewood fingerboard. This provides a warm core sound with a slight bite in the highs with a pleasant rounding. To amplify this in vintage single-coil fashion warm and diverse, you have at your disposal 3 Sire Standard-ST singlecoils with an Alnico magnet, 2 tone knobs and a single volume potentiometer. For modern-feeling and civilised tremolo work, you can rely on the contemporary 2-point tremolo with 6 pleasant-feeling block saddles.
