Thats not all aluminium shells produce abrasive battering tones with an impressive amount of volume ideal for heavy drumming styles such as rock and heavy metal. Sonors Optimum Shell Measurement technology has been used to manufacture the Kompressor Snare Drum which allows the drumhead to sit more flush with the bearing edge allowing for precise tones and tonal clarity. TuneSafe Technology Sonors TuneSafe technology is designed to ensure the lugs do not move an inch during any length of the performance. This technology goes a long way in producing the very best tones and overall sound every drummer dreams of. The lugs retain tuning for much longer to ensure the snare comes into a world of its own - allowing every note to be crisp sharp and exactly how the drummer intends the sound to be. Tied in perfectly with this feature are the 2.3mm steel power hoops that assist the TuneSafe lugs in being as still and stable as possible in even the harshest playing environments.
