The use of linden provides a feeling of warmth filling out the low end of the tone simultaneously grounding the mids providing a fantastic base for the spruce to elevate. Beautifully bright and punchy the spruce top ensures excellent projection and dynamic contrast enforcing the high end of the instrument. Tanglewood have delivered yet again. Through the use of an under-saddle pickup the mandolin can deliver this stunning sound to PA systems DI boxes and amplifiers making it the perfect companion for recording and live use.
