The coreless direct-drive motor runs tight and low-maintenance, with no hiccups at low speed, and you can fine-tune brake time/motor force (with option for reverse play if your cartridge supports it). At the heart of the set is the Allen & Heath Xone:PX5: 4+1 channels with phono/line/USB, club-worthy VCF filters and a digital FX section that syncs accurately, plus USB audio (24-bit/96 kHz) and MIDI clock for external gear. The Ortofon Concorde MKII Twin Mix cartridges are all-round and forgiving at scratch/back spins, and with the comfortable, loud Devine PRO 900 and 2x RCA cable you connect everything directly.
